Please use the booking form to select your preferred service date and time. The requested appointment is subject to availability, equipment type, service location and approval by Spray Foam GL.
The booking price covers the initial service appointment only. Repair labour, replacement parts, cleaning materials, transportation and additional work are quoted separately after inspection and require customer approval.
After submitting the booking request, please send the equipment manufacturer, model, serial number, description of the problem, warning or error codes, and any available photos or videos through the platform messaging system.
Mobile service availability and travel charges depend on the customer’s location, equipment size, required vehicle and technician availability. Workshop service is available by appointment at our Mississauga location near Dixie Road and Dundas Street.
Booking confirmation: The selected date and time are preferred appointment times. The appointment is confirmed only after the booking is approved and the required booking payment is received.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without a cancellation fee when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or failure to provide access to the equipment or worksite may result in the booking payment being retained.
Once the technician has been dispatched or travel has started, the minimum mobile-service and travel charge is non-refundable. Special-order parts and materials cannot be cancelled or refunded after they have been ordered. Any refund or account credit is subject to review by Spray Foam GL Inc.
